What should I expect with my package?

PACKAGING:
We do our due diligence by securing all items in layers of bubble wrap inside anti-theft packaging.

MELTED/FROZEN PRODUCT:
Some of our products are meant to be liquid/oil form but other items can possibly liquify during shipping. During the warmer months, we partially freeze those items prior to shipping. This only reduces the chance of liquifying. There’s typically no issues in the colder months. But, if your item does arrive melted/frozen, just place it in a room temperature environment to return to it’s intended form.
